WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

The Data is Clear:

  • Youth who earn post-secondary credentials have significantly lower recidivism rates

  • Every dollar invested in education saves multiple dollars in incarceration costs

  • Educational opportunity is one of the strongest predictors of successful community re-entry

The Personal Truth: "I was 16 years old in the same facility where I now work as Chief. That transformation didn't happen by accident - it happened through education, opportunity, and people who believed in second chances. Every young person in our juvenile justice system is one opportunity away from transformation.
